We also provide services in the form of veterinary preventitive programmes, farm management budgets, artificial insemination and pregnancy diagnosis.
During our endeavours in Mongu we have vaccinated, dewormed and artificialy inseminated 700 animals. We have workd in harsh environment and conditions of Western Province, but it was very rewarding in experience, friendships and memories made.
At the end we have achieved 30% conception rate which in the local conditions is a very good result considering the results in modern dairies in Europe. We have used fleckvieh, jersey and friesian semen.
